Noa, an inexperienced platoon commander, receives a new intake of cadets at the base. The platoon must contend with a new deputy company commander, Tuli, who is determined to implement an innovative “Boot Camp 2025” model —clashing head-on with Noa. At the same time, the platoon’s staff grapples with professional and personal leadership dilemmas, including the arrival of the base commander’s nephew, as they all try to find their way within the messy and posioness army.
